How Small business Owners and Entrepreneurs to use Ai PRM for marketing tasks

Now that the installation is completed. We can proceed with using the tool:

1. Choose between GPT-3.5 and GPT-4

If you have subscribed to GPT-4 ($20/monthly), you get a much more powerful prompt engine that can run on a GPT-4 tech. However, you can also use GPT-3.

Remember, Chat Bing uses GPT-4 tech, so you can always play around with the output and ask for an update of data.

2. Choose the Topic for the prompt generator

From the drop-down menu, select the topic of interest:

2. Choose the Task you need help with

This drop-down menu will change based on your topic selection. But if you choose to keep all topics, it will reveal all the possible tasks the tool can help you with:

If you choose, for example, the Marketing Topic, you will get the following list:

It is sorted by ratings, as voted by users who are actively using the tool.

In this example, we need help with the audience segmentation, as we want to understand who is our customer to better prepare our marketing Ads and creatives.

3. Select The Prompt Engine you want to use

We are offered 12 prompt engines to choose from, here are the top voted ones:

As you can see these are different prompts, some focus on a specific social media platform, or Ads, other are highly-specific segmentation prompts (e.g. customer value proposition, or finding a product niche).

At any rate, you may play around and use all of them if you are serious about entering a new market!

There are really interesting prompt engines, such as this one:

For the sake of this example, we are going to choose this prompt engine:

4. Provide input to the Prompt Engine

You will be asked to provide certain input, based on which the engine will render the prompt and interact with Chat GPT instead of you:

You can see the engine creator name. As this is an open-source initiative.

Be crisp, and use the shortest possible description:

This tools specifically uses GPT-3.5 technology so you can get this report completely for free!

The tool has produced 10 different audience segments based on my short description of who is my customer.

As you can see it generates the Segment Persona, and gives a name to this Persona. Then, it defines the NEED that your product/service can fulfill. As well as, an INITIATIVE which is a set of business activities that you can use to deliver your product/service to the respective customer segment.

Not bad!

Now, remember, there are other tools you can experiment with here. So make sure to utilize other tools and get a good understanding of the segments you will be dealing with. Eventually, you don’t want to target all the segments. In this example, the “Innovators” are not my target segment, as I wouldn’t have cutting-edge solutions nor the hacking skills to attract them.

5. Use other Prompt Engines as well

It is not enough to use one prompt engine, just as much as it is not enough to interview only 1 candidate. You need multiple angles to map out the market segments successfully, before you head to building a marketing strategy, and a content plan for social media.

All of the following tasks, can also be greatly aided with this FREE-to-use tool. Don’t limit yourself, use it to build a successful marketing plan that will make you win the customer you have always dreamed of having!
